FAQs

  • Where are my tickets? Do I have to print them?
    If you purchased tickets online, you will receive an email confirmation with your order details. You do not need to "pick up" any tickets or print them out. We have everyone's name at the door the night of the show.
  • Do you have a bar? Food menu?
    We have a full bar and offer a variety of concessions including chips, candy, popcorn etc...
  • What time can I come in for the show?
    You will find the door time for your show on the order confirmation email. If you don't have it, door times are also displayed on our website once you select a show time.
  • Do you have free parking?
    Yes! Please see the parking and information page.
  • How old do you have to be to attend a show?
    All shows are 18+ unless otherwise noted on the event page.
  • We have a large party, can we sit together?
    If you purchase tickets together in one transaction, we automatically see that there is a larger group and do our best to make sure that you all sit at the same table. If everyone buys their tickets separately, we recommend sending an email to boxoffice@ricomedyconnection.com and giving us a heads up with your group's total.
  • Do you offer group discounts?
    Unfortunately, we do not offer group discounts at this time.
  • I have a question about my order...

  • Do you have a 2 drink minimum?
    No. We don't believe in telling people how much they need to order.
  • Is there a dress code?
    Wear clothes... please.
  • The show says sold out, can I still get tickets?
    Unfortunately, if the show says sold out... there are no tickets available for purchase online or at the door. If someone cancels, the tickets are instantly put back up for sale online. At this time, there is no waitlist... but are currently working on this type of feature!
